Identical twins, rebellious Roxy and straight-laced Jane, are on a train to New York. Roxy plans on skipping class and Jane is trying for a college scholarship. When they're dumped from the train and a criminal places a microchip in Roxy's bag, a crazy chase begins as criminals and a truancy officer race after them.
