Mustafa, a Palestinian construction worker, lives in the West Bank a mere 200 meters from his family in Israel. Though eligible for an Israeli ID, he instead chooses to use his work permit to visit them. The arrangement is functional until one day he gets a call that his son has been seriously injured. Rushing to cross the border, he is denied on a technicality and must find another way to enter.
